Legal & Litigation Intern

Responsibilities

• Assist in monitoring regulatory updates, maintaining compliance tracking systems, and conducting research on applicable laws.
• Help review, compare and revise corporate agreements while maintaining the legal document database.
• Assist with tasks related to legal research, employment law, and risk management processes.
• Organize legal files, coordinate with internal teams and external counsel, and provide general administrative support to the legal team.

Requirement

• Minimal Bachelor's degree in Law from a reputable University or equivalent
• Strong legal knowledge, excellent research and writing skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft office and legal research tools.
• Prior internship or exposure to corporate legal or litigation work is a plus but not mandatory.
• Proactive, collaborative, and able to handle confidential information effectively.
• Committed to an internship of minimum 3 months
