Drive Customer Success and Seamless Order Delivery as a Customer Service Specialist

Join us as a Customer Service Specialist, Indonesia and play a key role in supporting the sales of Spare Parts and Field Services within our Packaging and Paper Business Area. In this role, you will be at the center of the customer order journey, ensuring quotations, orders, documentation, and deliveries are handled accurately and efficiently. Working closely with customers, sales teams, logistics, and operations, you will help create a smooth customer experience while supporting sustainable solutions for the packaging and paper industry. Your responsibilities

• You will manage order handling activities for the assigned area and collaborate closely with sales teams to support customer requirements.
• You will prepare quotations, order acknowledgements, invoices, contracts, service agreements, and other commercial documents within the ERP system.
• You will coordinate with customers, logistics, operations, and sales teams to process orders, track deliveries, resolve enquiries, and ensure timely execution.
• You will verify delivery and payment terms, including L/C and bank guarantee requirements, and follow up on payments and service requests.
• You will monitor order backlog status, maintain accurate documentation, identify opportunities to improve ways of working, and support sales and marketing activities across Indonesia.

Expectations for you

• You hold a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Project Coordination, Business Administration, or a related field.
• You have 2-5+ years of relevant experience in customer service, order management, sales coordination, finance operations, or commercial administration.
• You have a solid understanding of order processing, Incoterms, delivery terms, and payment terms, including L/C and bank guarantees.
• You are proficient in MS Office and business systems, with experience using ERP platforms and CRM tools such as Salesforce.
• You have strong written and spoken English communication skills and can build effective working relationships with customers and colleagues.
