Analyze, review, and prepare plan and summary of the short-term Underground Division's scheduled activities that are required to achieve Underground goals.
The key duties and responsibilities of this position are:
- Perform weekly, monthly and quarterly reports summarizing the Underground plan for all projects (production tons, equipment utilization, construction milestones, etc.), and performing variance analyses (goal versus actual, forecast versus actual, etc.).
- Provide draw order and keep close coordination with development engineering team to achieve short and midterm target
- Communicate with reliability, repair/rehab, and operation production team to organize daily, weekly and monthly PM in the production area
- Keep the mobile equipment allocation plan organized and track actual equipment data for projects. Communicate with all project owners and users to track actual equipment locations and provide maintenance with user information monthly.
- Communicate with maintenance to gain equipment utilization information and provide reports of this information to all project owners/department heads.
- Provide constructive feedback and advice to Operations on safety, health and industrial hygiene performance, looking after continuous improvements in quality of production short range planning to meet with GOI and PTFI standard.
- Compliance to department safety programs, safety accountabilities, regular safety inspections, identifying new safety approaches, etc., in order to achieve and ensure that all safety procedures are met.
Minimum Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree (S1) in Mining Engineering or other with minimum of 1years' experience working experience in related underground mining projects in either development or production

- A working knowledge of Underground Operations activities, capabilities and structure.
- Knowledge PCBC, Deswik. CAD, AutoCAD, MS Office
- Good communication skills.
- Good analytical skills.
- English, both verbal and written.
