The HR Senior Associate – Internal HR is a role within the HR Regional Delivery Center (HR RDC).
The role supports delivery of standardized, high-quality HR administrative services across Europe, APAC, and the Americas.
It contributes to a centralized, process-driven HR model focused on efficiency, consistency, and enhanced employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
Key Objectives
- Deliver efficient and standardized HR administrative support
- Ensure service quality, accuracy, and compliance
- Provide first-level HR process and systems support
- Drive operational efficiency and continuous improvement
Key Responsibilities
- Execute and validate HR transactions in line with policies and SLAs
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance across HR systems
- Support knowledge sharing and provide guidance to Intern/ HR Associate
Key Requirements
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred
- Technology savvy
- Basic understanding of HR administration and systems
- Shared services experience of at least 12 – 18 months in HR related domain

- Good command of English Language (Both verbal & written)
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work in a high-volume, process-driven environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
