What you’ll do

The HCM Delivery Manager is responsible for the end-to-end delivery, operational excellence, and continuous improvement of the enterprise HR Applications of lam landscape. This role leads to the execution of strategic Lam global HR initiatives, system enhancements, integrations, and support operations while ensuring alignment with HR business objectives, compliance requirements, and enterprise technology standards. The position oversees vendor and partner relationships, drives automation and process optimization, and ensures high-quality service delivery across core HR platforms and connected HR applications.

Who we’re looking for

Overall 18+ years’ Experience

12+ years of hands-on HR Applications stack – Successfactors, SAP HR, Eightfold, Cornerstone and Workday etc. (Mandatory)

5+ years as a HR Applications Architect (Mandatory)

Lead 1~2 HR Applications Large scale transformation Journeys - Mandatory

Experience managing large, global HR environments especially in distributed HCM structure and multi-partner delivery models.

Experience with HR architecture reviews, platform standards, partner oversight, and technical debt reduction

Lam offers a variety of work location models based on the needs of each role. Our hybrid roles combine the benefits of on-site collaboration with colleagues and the flexibility to work remotely and fall into two categories – On-site Flex and Virtual Flex. ‘On-site Flex’ you’ll work 3+ days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, with the opportunity to work remotely for the balance of the week. ‘Virtual Flex’ you’ll work 1-2 days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, and remotely the rest of the time.
