Full Stack developer Job description

Offshore Location – Pune preferable

Roles & Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance web applications using React for frontend and Java / Spring Boot for backend services.
• Build secure REST APIs, optimize database design and queries, and ensure application performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, QA, and DevOps teams to deliver high-quality, production-ready features.
• Drive technical design discussions, perform code reviews, troubleshoot production issues, and mentor junior engineers if needed.
• Leverage AI-assisted development tools to improve development efficiency, code quality, testing, and documentation.

Must-Have Skills

• Strong hands-on experience in React (including state management, Redux/RTK, Hooks, Typescript) and backend development using Java (Spring Boot).

• Good understanding of REST API architecture, authentication, middleware, exception handling, logging, Swagger/OpenAPI, and unit testing.

• Strong experience with PostgreSQL/MongoDB, SQL optimization, database migrations, and performance tuning.

• Comprehensive knowledge of Kafka, Git workflows, Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (AWS preferred, Azure or GCP).

• Experience integrating AWS services and building scalable, production-grade applications.

• Hands-on experience using AI coding assistants and LLM tools for code generation, refactoring, testing, and improving developer productivity.

Graduate in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field. 6-11 years of experience in data engineering or related field.
