Job Purpose
Provide administrative and coordination support to the Learning and Organizational Development function as well as the other HR departments while gaining practical exposure to learning, talent development, employee engagement, and organizational development processes. The intern will observe, learn, and assist with assigned activities under supervision to develop professional HR knowledge and skills.
Key responsibilities:
- Support the coordination of learning and development activities, including training logistics, scheduling, and communication with participants.
- Assist in maintaining learning records, attendance sheets, training databases, and filing systems.
- Support preparation of training materials, presentations, and learning resources.
- Observe and participate in learning and organizational development projects to gain practical exposure.
- Support employee engagement and wellness initiatives as assigned.
- Assist with data entry, report preparation, and documentation related to learning and development activities.

· Perform other administrative and learning assignments as delegated by the supervisor.
Qualifications, Experience and Skills required:
- Bachelor's degree student or recent graduate in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, Social Sciences, or a related field.
- No prior work experience required.
- Previous involvement in student leadership, volunteer activities, projects, or internships is an added advantage.
· Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Eagerness to learn and develop professionally.
- Positive attitude and willingness to take direction.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Reliable, responsible, and professional conduct.
· Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
