Job Description

As in the position of Junior Project Manager, ensuring the successful delivery of the ERP solutions in collaboration with the delivery head and the team is the vital part of the role. Below will be the job responsibilities,

• Assist the full lifecycle of ERP (IFS) implementation projects from initiation through post go-live support.
• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders and delivery leadership.
• Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle when necessary.
• Ensure project governance, documentation standards, and compliance protocols are met.
• Actively resolve bottlenecks, team roadblocks, and cross-functional interdependencies with the help of seniors.
• Work closely with technical and functional teams to ensure alignment between business requirements and delivered solutions.
• Support change management activities and organizational readiness.
• Ensure project delivery within scope, time, and budget while meeting or exceeding client expectations

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in project management in ERP implementation projects (IFS preferred).
• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent professional certification is an added advantage.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and conflict resolution skills.
• High level of organizational, communication, and leadership abilities.
• Experience with Agile and Waterfall project methodologies.
