Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and conduct in-house training programs on MOS through analysing information provided by consultants and secondary data/materials in order to impart knowledge and skills to relevant stakeholders.
  • Implement new MOS practices & processes to the production/support floor(s) and carryout special MOS projects through continuous improvements in order to facilitate the smooth functioning of the process.
  • Prepare Visual Displays for factory information after agreement on requirements with relevant management. Carry out data collection and analysis to help resolve problems systematically identified by management

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Degree in lean manufacturing, textile technology, physical science.
