Vendor & Field Alignment: Partner with suppliers and design entities to innovate across safety and efficiency benchmarks. Travel to sites to audit construction methods, ensure cross-disciplinary site coordination, and verify that equipment performance achieves concurrent maintainability and reliability metrics.

Key Deliverables

Customer Interface & Handover: Own design compliance and secure successful, on-time technical handover to customers.

RFP & Technical Qualification: Support customer technical RFPs, secure explicit customer design buy-in, and qualify technical compliance deviations or exceptions (such as Service Level Agreements and compliance gaps).

Strategy & Evolution: Drive design standardization, manage customer-initiated design variations, make advanced design decisions, and continuously align the company's infrastructure with the customer's latest technical directions.

Continuous Improvement: Oversee total consistency in project delivery and construction quality, utilizing lessons learned to initiate design upgrades and submitting innovative proposals to maximize speed-to-market.

Credentials: Valid practicing certification as a Professional Engineer or Registered Architect is highly preferred.
