We are seeking a motivated and experienced individual to support our team, to deliver high-quality, impactful programmes and projects that contribute to the growth and development of our tamariki.
Key Responsibilities:
As Administration Assistant | Kaiwhakarite, you will play a supporting role in the delivery of our ENGAGE and ENRICH programmes. You will be responsible for:
- Record keeping and accurate collection of data
- Carrying at administrative support for implementation of all ENGAGE/ENRICH processes
- Coordinating schedules, booking meetings and managing travel plans for the team
- Providing event planning and delivery support , including workshop booking and attendance management
- Hands-on project support
Qualifications and Skills:
To thrive in this role, you should possess:
- Previous or current administration experience
- Current knowledge and competency with Microsoft Office and Adobe
- Attention to detail
- Excellent planning, time management and organisational skills
- Ability to identify and implement efficient processes
- A commitment to working in a bi-cultural organisation
- Strong communication skills
Desirable Qualifications:
- Experience in an early childhood education environment.
- Familiarity with te reo Māori and tikaka.
- Knowledge of Te Whāriki and the early learning sector.
