The Project Management & Service Management Team is part of EY’s Cybersecurity practice. We support organizations in delivering and operating cybersecurity services by combining project management, service management, and cybersecurity expertise. As a Junior Project Manager, you will support the delivery of international cybersecurity engagements while working closely with Security Operations, Vulnerability Management, Threat Intelligence, and Incident Response teams. This role offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in complex cybersecurity initiatives that help clients strengthen their resilience against evolving cyber threats.

You will use role-specific solutions that help analyze data, generate recommendations, and design solutions. This enables you to move faster from analysis to action and create greater value for clients.
Your scope of duties
- Support cybersecurity projects and programs, ensuring successful delivery within agreed quality, timeline, and budget.
- Coordinate collaboration between EY and client stakeholders located across multiple international locations.
- Provide transparency regarding project status, capacity, risks, financials, and key decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Prepare and deliver regular project status updates, ensuring clear communication and transparency.
- Support the implementation of cybersecurity initiatives, projects, and technology solutions.
- Work effectively in an international corporate environment, coordinating projects across different time zones and cultures.
Our requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Information Technology, International Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a consulting role, with the ability to engage with clients, understand their needs, and deliver tailored solutions.
- Holistic understanding of cybersecurity domains.
- Experience using AI tools to improve both team and personal productivity.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience with project management tools such as JIRA, Microsoft Project, or Asana.
- Experience working in an international corporate environment across different time zones and cultures.
- Strong presentation, stakeholder management, consulting, and communication skills.
- Excellent command of English (B2 minimum, C1 preferred).
Nice to have
- Project Management and Security certifications.
- Previous experience working in consulting companies.
- Additional European language skills.
