Technical Trainer / ISTQB Trainer

We are looking for a Technical Trainer / ISTQB Trainer to join our Warsaw team. In this role, you will design and deliver technical and QA training programs, with a strong focus on Games Quality Assurance and ISTQB/CTFL standards.

You will work closely with QA, HR, Workforce, and other teams to ensure training programs meet business and operational needs. The role combines classroom training, e-learning, assessment, and training administration.

What You'll Do

Training Delivery & Development

• Design, develop, and deliver technical and QA training programs.
• Deliver in-house Games Quality Assurance Testing training aligned with ISTQB/CTFL standards.
• Prepare training materials, presentations, exercises, and other instructional resources.
• Adapt training methods to different learning styles and levels of experience.
• Deliver training to groups of approximately 15 participants while maintaining engagement and focus.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and make improvements based on feedback and results.
• Provide trainees with clear and constructive feedback throughout the training process.
• Support the development and management of e-learning materials and resources.
• Keep training content up to date with relevant QA, technology, and industry developments.

ISTQB Training & Assessment

• Deliver ISTQB/CTFL training consisting of structured modules covering Games QA and software testing fundamentals.
• Conduct ISTQB assessments following completion of the relevant training modules.
• Develop and implement knowledge checks and post-training evaluations.
• Review assessment results and provide feedback to trainees.
• Monitor knowledge retention and identify areas requiring additional training or support.

Administration & Collaboration

• Maintain accurate attendance, training, and performance records.
• Track trainee progress and training outcomes.
• Coordinate training logistics and schedules with relevant teams.
• Work closely with QA Directors, QA Managers, HR, Workforce, and other stakeholders to align training with operational requirements.
• Provide training reports and relevant performance data.
• Support other learning and development initiatives as required.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Technical Trainer, Corporate Trainer, QA Trainer, or similar role.
• Experience delivering training to groups of approximately 15 people.
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and different instructional techniques.
• Ability to adapt training to different learning styles and individual needs.
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly and effectively.
• Strong presentation, facilitation, and communication skills.
• English proficiency at B2–C1 level.
• Proficiency with common software applications and training tools.
• Ability to work fully onsite in Warsaw during regular business hours (9:00 AM–5:00 PM).
• Previous experience working in or providing training within the video game industry.

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of software testing and QA methodologies.
• ISTQB/CTFL certification or equivalent knowledge.
• Active ISTQB or ASTQB certification.
• Experience delivering ISTQB certification training.
• Experience developing technical or e-learning content.
• Experience working with QA teams or software development environments.
