Accountant, Purchase to Pay (with French)

About the role:

As an Accountant, you will be responsible for Purchase-to-Pay support for the business, vendors, and other stakeholders in order to pay vendors on time with the highest quality, as per the KPIs settled.

Key responsibilities:

  • Vendor documents processing.
  • Handling vendor and business queries (internal and external).
  • Monitoring open vendor balances (including debit balances) and related activities.
  • Monitoring blocked invoices.
  • Resolving the issues in order to release outgoing payments.
  • GR/IR activities.
  • Delivering productivity and quality results as per the KPIs and targets settled.
  • Perform monthly and yearly close activities.

About you:

  • Master's degree in accounting, finance, or similar field
  • At least 2 years of professional background in a similar position, preferrably in the SSC/BPO environment.
  • Advanced knowledge of Purchase to Pay processes
  • Fluency in written and spoken English
  • French language intermediate (communicative) proficiency
  • Knowledge of SAP is a must
    Knowledge of OCR / VIM is nice to have
  • Practical excel skills.
  • Detail-oriented mindset, strong analytical skills, focus on delivering accurate results
  • Teamwork and communication: collaborative mindset, positive attitude
  • Work style: self-organized, flexibility, ability to work in changing environments
