The opportunity

Are you ready for an exciting challenge where your background in production planning and ability to find possibilities and adopt to the demand from a growing market can flourish? We are now looking for a driven and committed production planner to support our Grid Automation Products division.

As a Production Planner, you will create and manage detailed production schedules that support efficient and high-quality manufacturing operations. You will collaborate closely with production, SCM and order management teams to make prioritizations, maximize resource utilization and meet delivery targets. You will also play a key role in resolving production disruptions by identifying and implementing alternative production schedules. How you’ll make an impact

  • Review and analyze demand forecasting data to plan production schedules and capacity together with our master scheduler and production manager.
  • Collaborate with production manager to understand capacity, resource availability and production capacity to create accurate schedules.
  • Coordinate with Material Planner to ensure timely availability of materials and components at demand date of workorder.
  • Monitor production progress and adjust schedules as needed, to meet changing demands.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency in the production planning process.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, production technologies and best practices in production planning.

Your background

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or similar

  • Previous experience in production planning or similar field

  • Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail

  • A collaborative and solutions-oriented mindset, combined with strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively across multiple functions.

  • Experience in working with ERP systems such as SAP and Microsoft Office tools.

  • Fluency in Swedish and English is mandatory
