Supply Chain Planner

About the position

As a Supply Chain Planner, you play a key role in ensuring product availability and supporting an efficient and reliable supply chain. Working closely with suppliers and internal stakeholders, you help balance customer demand, inventory levels, and operational requirements. This is a dynamic role that combines planning, coordination, problem-solving, and continuous improvement to ensure excellent service and business performance.

In this role, you will:

• Do Inventory planning
• Interact with stakeholders, locally and internationally
• Monitor working capital
• Work with KPI´s
• Coordinate import & export shipping
• Monitor and plan transport logistics
• Handle transport related requests
• Administrate invoices, claims, and pricing requests
• Use SAP and MS Excel as your main tools

Your background

We believe you have an educational background in Supply Chain, Transport Logistics, or similar. Or, alternatively, the work-related experience to have mastered the relevant terminology and understanding of the fundamentals of Supply Chain.

As Univar Solutions is a global company, our corporate language is English, and full working proficiency is thus required. Locally, we have a mix of Scandinavian languages, and being proficient in a Scandinavian language is also required. Experience from working with SAP is requirement.
