JHTV Consultant (Johns Hopkins Technology Ventures)

The Pava Center, part of Johns Hopkins Technology Ventures (JHTV), supports student entrepreneurship and innovation, offering experiential learning and career-relevant opportunities for undergraduates through post-docs.

The Pava Center is seeking a temporary JHTV Consultant to support the Fall and Spring 2026-2027 Kindling Accelerator program. This role is designed to bridge a staffing gap and requires someone with deep expertise in the Kindling program. The JHTV Consultant will support commercialization efforts, funding awards, programming, and connecting students with resources to help their ventures grow.

Specific Duties & Responsibilities

• Facilitate Kindling Accelerator cohort meetings.
• Meet with student participants and venture teams to provide guidance and mentorship.
• Support planning and execution of the semester showcase event.
• Provide monthly updates on cohort participant progress.
• Identify and connect resources to support Kindling programming.
• Provide grant consulting as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree.
• One year of directly related experience.
• Additional education may substitute for required experience and additional related experience may substitute for required education beyond a high school diploma/graduation equivalent, to the extent permitted by the JHU equivalency formula.

Starting Salary Range: $22.30 - $38.97 HRLY ($30,000 targeted; Commensurate w/exp.)
