*Job Description:*We are seeking motivated and enthusiastic Event Staff to join our dynamic team and help deliver exceptional experiences at a wide range of events. As an integral part of our event operations, you will play a key role in ensuring that every event runs smoothly, safely, and successfully. This position is ideal for individuals who are personable, proactive, and able to work in fast-paced environments. Event Staff are responsible for engaging with attendees, providing information and assistance, and supporting logistical setup and teardown activities.

Responsibilities:

Assist with the setup and breakdown of event venues, including equipment and signage.
Welcome and direct attendees, providing excellent customer service and information.
Monitor event areas to ensure safety and security protocols are followed.
Manage crowd control and assist with line monitoring to maintain order.
Distribute materials such as programs, tickets, or promotional items to guests.
Support event staff and vendors with logistical needs and communications.

Qualifications

Requirements

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly attitude.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Physical stamina to stand or walk for extended periods and perform manual tasks.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
Experience in customer service or event-related roles is preferred but not required.
