Inventory Control Supervisor

  • Train, evaluate and cross train team members.
  • Schedule, manage and assign daily work.
  • Verify and reconcile formulas with current R&D product specifications.
  • Enforce SOPs, GMPs and FIFO material handling rules.
  • Reconcile and verify inventory charges using transaction journals, PFS reports, and PE documents.
  • Ensure team members are properly executing IC procedures, and recording and verifying materials.
  • Coordinate product movement and zone cleaning.
  • Conduct safety and training meetings.
  • Monitor and evaluate equipment operator skills and safe performance of duties.
  • All other relevant duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years supervisory experience required, preferably within a similar working environment.
  • Knowledge and previous experience with inventory software.
  • Excellent communication, organization and time management skills.
  • Ability to work weekends.

Physical Requirements

  • Occasionally lift up to 25 lbs.
  • Exposure to noise (>85 decibels), CO2, and moving production lines.
  • Exporsure to damp, wet, and cold environments.
  • Work around live and/or raw animal odors.
