Accounts Receivable Associate

Hagerstown, MD | Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

About the Position

We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Associate to join our team in Hagerstown, MD.

This is a full-time position with a consistent Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM schedule, including a one-hour lunch. The Accounts Receivable Associate will play an important role in supporting our accounting and administrative operations while providing backup support to other areas of the office when needed.

The ideal candidate is organized, comfortable working with numbers, proficient in Excel, and takes pride in accuracy and getting the details right.

What You’ll Do

• Daily Payment Processing: Process daily credit card, ACH, and check batches accurately and efficiently.
• Invoicing: Complete daily and monthly invoicing, including submitting invoices through various customer portals.
• Commercial Department Support: Provide administrative support to the Commercial Department, including filing, organization, and other office tasks.
• Service Coordinator Backup: Provide backup support to the Service Coordinator when they are out of the office.
• Front Desk & Phone Backup: Provide backup support for the front desk and incoming phone calls when needed, helping ensure customers receive prompt and friendly assistance.
• General Administrative Support: Assist with other accounting, administrative, and office duties as needed.

What We’re Looking For

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Accounting experience or education preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to learn quickly and work independently
• Professional, dependable, and team-oriented work ethic
• Ability to work a consistent Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM schedule, including a one-hour lunch

Pay & Benefits

Starting pay: $17.00–$20.00 per hour, depending on experience.
