Senior Clearing Services Analyst – Clearing Services – Chicago, IL

This is an exempt level position.

Position Summary:
This position is responsible for designing, implementing and maintaining the clearing services solution in support of the business objectives in derivatives. The position interacts with control owners from various departments across IT and Business within ADMIS and ADM global affiliates.

Job Responsibilities:

• Monitor and manage the day to day clearing services infrastructure, including the software, functionality and upstream,/downstream integration.
• Identify and resolve problems, plan for updates and improvements.
• Ensure efficient system operations to provide maximum performance and availability for the users.
• Work with other IT personnel to strategize and implement new processes to meet the business requirements.
• Conduct regular system audits and software performance analysis.
• Perform troubleshooting support for the software and support disaster recovery operations.
• Document and maintain software, hardware and network inventory.
• Help in developing and implementing IT standards and policies, providing guidance during system upgrades and installations.
• Report to and maintain business relations with relevant stakeholders.

Job Requirements:

• 7+ yrs experience providing support in clearing services for futures, options or OTC derivatives.
• Expert level knowledge of GMI and/or XTP bookkeeping systems.
• Excellent analytical, qualitative and quantitative skills
• Detail oriented and strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to balance multiple priorities, to work independently, and consistently meet project deadlines.
• Possess strong organizational skills

Preferred Skills:

• 10+ yrs experience with GMI/XTP and clearing services support.
• Key contributor to large transformational change projects.
• Ability to engage seamlessly with both technology focused and business focused teams.
• Knowledge/experience with Agile methodology, MQ architecture and SQL

Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Hourly and salaried non-exempt employees will also be paid overtime pay when working qualifying overtime hours.

If hired, employees will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base pay (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.

The pay range for this position is expected to be between:

$75,000.00 - $141,100.00

The total compensation package for this position will also include annual bonus
