Position Summary
Assist in administering a competitive Division I Men's Basketball program that adheres to all University, Horizon League, and NCAA rules and regulations while providing a safe and accepting environment for student-athletes to grow and develop academically, athletically and one which encourages personal responsibility, sportsmanship and service to others.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Responsible for all aspects of men's basketball travel.
- On and off campus recruiting at direction of Head Coach.
- Responsible for all aspects of film exchange.
- Responsible for the supervision of men's basketball graduate assistants and student managers.
- Assist in on-court activities as directed.
- Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
Education – A two-year college degree or completion of a specialized course of study at a business or trade school or 18 months to four years of work experience in a related field.
Employment - Six months to two years (Equivalent combination of education and employment).
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Well-polished communication and interpersonal skills; excellent leadership and motivational skills; willing and able to drive 15 passenger vans.
Physical Requirements
Job requires repetitive lifting of light weight objects with frequent bending and stooping, or repetitively lift average weight objects where frequent bending or stooping alternates with lighter activities. Occasionally lifts heavy objects (over 50 pounds).
Work Environment
Occasional exposure to objectionable conditions or variations such as those found in variable weather conditions or light industrial settings.

Salary/Pay Information
Willing and able to travel extensively; willing and able to work evenings and weekends.
Anticipated Schedule
Monday to Friday 8.30 Am to 5.00 Pm (able to work evenings and weekends).
