Job Description: Sales Executive – NetOne IT

Role Summary

The Sales Executive at NetOne IT is responsible for driving IT sales, with a focus on laptops and related devices, responding promptly to customer enquiries, and ensuring smooth coordination between sales, service delivery, and finance functions. The role requires proven IT sales experience, knowledge of excellent customer service practices, and hands-on experience selling laptops.

Responsibilities :

1. Respond promptly to customer enquiries received by the sales team.
2. Provide professional and timely responses to customer enquiries via walk-ins, phone, and email.
3. Support the Sales Team in obtaining quotes from suppliers, distributors, and OEMs for key business accounts.
4. Liaise with the Service Delivery function to ensure timely delivery of orders as per agreed timelines.
5. Collaborate with the Finance function to ensure orders are invoiced and, where necessary, assist with collection of outstanding payments.
6. Utilize the CRM system to generate quotes, monitor opportunities, and ensure proper follow-up procedures are followed.
7. Conduct cold calls to customers to understand their existing IT environment and identify upcoming requirements.
8. Register opportunities promptly with OEMs to take advantage of deal registration discounts.
9. Provide daily reports detailing all activities undertaken, including customer interactions, quotes generated, and follow-ups.

Minimum Requirements

• Diploma or degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field .
• Proven experience in IT sales , specifically selling laptops and related devices .
• Strong knowledge of customer service best practices .
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills .
• Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and maintain a customer-focused approach.
