Specialist – Survey & GIS

Responsible for planning, conducting, and supervising field survey activities; collecting, processing, and interpreting survey and geospatial data; preparing technical drawings, maps, and GIS outputs; maintaining spatial databases; and providing accurate survey information to support engineering, construction, and development projects. Acts as a key point of contact for customer requests, ensuring timely delivery of survey products and adherence to quality, safety, and regulatory standards.

Core Responsibilities:

• Conduct/supervise field survey works of plot demarcation and staking-out of property boundaries, topographic surveys, and geodetic surveys.
• Implement site visits guiding prospective investors to field for checking and inspecting land against their requirements and expectations.
• Complete handover of land property to investors after engaged in land lease agreement with Abu Dhabi Ports.
• Supervise and coordinate the efforts of the survey team individuals of the out-source survey contractor for Abu Dhabi Ports.
• In addition to field operations, prepare relevant maps and drawings, and maintain up to date land records.
• Provide excellent client relationships and services to investors and third-party consultants and contractors.
• Perform survey calculations and processing for data collected from the field.

• Diploma in Surveying or equivalent, as minimum.

• Written and Spoken English is essential, Arabic is preferred

• 5 years of experience in the surveying field.

• Work experience in at least of the Municipalities, Town Planning, dedicated surveying firms, Consulting and Contracting engineering companies in the different land surveying branches.
