Electrical & Maintenance Engineer

What you´ll do

• Drive asset reliability and maintenance excellence by developing, managing, and optimizing preventive maintenance strategies and plans within SAP.
• Lead electrical troubleshooting and problem-solving efforts, identifying root causes of equipment failures and implementing sustainable corrective actions.
• Provide technical expertise in electrical, automation, and control systems.
• Support and execute engineering projects from concept through commissioning.
• Drive automation and digitalization initiatives including PLC, SCADA, and HMI projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders.
• Manage critical spare parts strategies and inventory optimization.
• Champion a strong safety culture and compliance mindset.
• Drive continuous improvement in reliability, energy performance, and operational efficiency.

What makes you a good fit

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering.
• 2-4 years of experience in manufacturing, industrial, process, or chemical industry environments.
• Strong experience in electrical maintenance, troubleshooting, and reliability engineering.
• Knowledge of power distribution, automation, PLC, SCADA, and HMI systems.
• Proficiency in SAP maintenance modules and preventive maintenance management.
• Experience with commissioning, installation, and project execution.
• Root cause analysis and reliability improvement expertise.
• Strong understanding of safety standards and engineering compliance.
• Advanced English and strong collaboration skills.
