Associate Manager, Lending Operations

Job Summary

Purpose of this role is to handle Retail Client Onboarding activities, ensuring efficient operations, excellent customer service, and effective risk management. The role requires to collaborate closely with key stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of country-specific processes and consistent delivery of business objectives. The role will execute and manage activities related to Mortgage and Personal Lending products, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and high-quality client outcomes. Handle operational processes from start to finish, ensuring effective controls, and governance are in place to identify, reduce, and manage risks while maintaining a stable and customer-focused operating environment.

Key Responsibilities

Ensure all key activities outlined below are executed diligently, accurately, and in full compliance with established procedures, regulatory requirements, and agreed service level agreements, while maintaining high standards of operational excellence, risk management, and customer service.

• Responsible for Mortgage Liaison activities for property registration, ensuring timely and accurate execution of registration requirements through proactive engagement with Government Registration Offices, regulatory authorities, and banking institutions across the UAE, while maintaining full compliance with applicable policies, procedures, and service standards.
• Handle end-to-end preparation, verification, and coordination of all documentation required for property registration, ensuring accuracy, regulatory compliance, timely execution, and seamless engagement with relevant authorities and stakeholders to support mortgage lending operations.
• Responsible for collateral document tracking and custodianship activities, ensuring accurate record maintenance, secure document handling, timely follow-up on outstanding documentation, and effective safeguarding of collateral assets throughout the lending lifecycle.
• Handle mortgage settlement activities, ensuring accurate preparation, verification, and execution of settlement documentation while maintaining robust custodianship controls
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date mortgage loan security documentation within the eSDS (Securing Documentation System), ensuring data integrity, and effective document control.
• Prepare and manage comprehensive security documentation trackers and Title Deed MIS reports to support collateral monitoring, operational oversight, risk management, and timely decision-making throughout the lending lifecycle.
• Conduct periodic reviews of process notes to ensure accuracy, compliance, and operational effectiveness, and provide constructive, high-quality feedback that strengthens controls, and enhances process consistency.
• Daily/ Weekly/ Monthly MIS reporting as required.
• Perform Personal Discussions with HNW , High value and Sensitive clients, as required
• Effective client communications and communications handling a, ensuring timely, accurate, professional, and client-centric engagement while maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements, service standards, and organizational policies.

Qualifications

• Open to considering both fresh graduates and candidates with limited professional experience. The ideal candidate should demonstrate the following attributes:

• Candidates with relevant experience in mortgage processing, loan servicing, banking operations, or financial services will be advantageous and not mandatory.
