General Maintenance Technician

Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on building systems and equipment.
Carry out repairs related to electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, HVAC, and general civil works.
Inspect facilities regularly to identify maintenance needs and safety hazards.
Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency repair calls.
Install, repair, and replace fixtures, fittings, and equipment as required.
Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a clean and safe condition.
Record maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections accurately.
Coordinate with supervisors and contractors for major repair works.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Support facility improvement projects and other maintenance-related tasks as assigned.

High school diploma, ITI, Diploma, or equivalent technical qualification.
Certification in electrical, mechanical, plumbing, or HVAC is an advantage.
2–5 years of experience in building or facility maintenance.
Experience in commercial, residential, or industrial maintenance is preferred.
