Your role
- Research, prototype, and apply modern AI technologies, including LLMs, AI agents, RAG, and workflow orchestration
- Design, develop, and maintain AI-powered tools and workflows, turning ideas and prototypes into production-ready solutions
- Build AI applications and automations that improve internal business processes
- Collaborate with software engineers and stakeholders to integrate AI solutions into systems and workflows
- Contribute to the continuous improvement, monitoring, and maintenance of internal AI tools
What makes you a great fit
- Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field
- One to three years of professional experience as a Software Engineer
- Willingness to work from our office in Klaus, Austria, for at least six months as part of the onboarding and knowledge transfer process, with the opportunity to relocate to our office in Madrid, Spain, afterwards
- Hands-on experience with LLMs, AI agents, RAG, MCP, prompt engineering, and modern AI development frameworks and tools
- Good software engineering skills, with a focus on writing clean, maintainable, and testable code
- Basic understanding of agent architectures, tool calling, context management, and workflow orchestration
- Strong curiosity about AI, eagerness to learn new technologies, and a practical, hands-on mindset
- Good communication and collaboration skills across technical and business teams
- Commitment to continuous learning and creating an impact through responsible AI
