Project Leader - Project Management Excellence

Your role

  • Lead hardware and/or software development projects from planning through execution, ensuring successful delivery against agreed objectives.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders, align priorities and interfaces, and provide transparent reporting to management.
  • Act as a sparring partner for other Project Leaders, sharing your experience and supporting colleagues in navigating complex project situations
  • Foster exchange and collaboration among Project Leaders, creating opportunities to learn from each other and tackle common challenges together.
  • Help continuously improve how we lead projects at OMICRON by identifying useful practices, tools, and lessons learned together with other Project Leaders

What makes you a great fit

  • Bring several years of experience in leading cross-functional projects in a technical product development environment
  • Have a technical background in electrical engineering, computer science, engineering, or a related field
  • Enjoy working with people, bringing together different perspectives, priorities, and stakeholders.
  • Are comfortable taking ownership, creating clarity, and navigating challenging project situations
  • Take a structured and proactive approach to project management and enjoy continuously improving our processes.
  • Have strong professional proficiency in German and English, both written and spoken.
