Regional Controlling Business Partner (f/m/x)

We are an Austrian family business and one of the world’s leading manufacturers of furniture fittings. We supply our products to more than 120 markets. To ensure the best possible service and close customer relationships, our sales and marketing organisation is divided into five regions. Did you know that we aim to strengthen controllability across our organisation by creating clear insights instead of simply sharing data?

YOU WILL

  • act as a trusted partner to regional leadership, influencing key commercial and operational decisions

  • translate complex data into clear, actionable business insights that drive performance through identifying growth opportunities, performance gaps and operational inefficiencies

  • align regional initiatives with global Sales, Marketing, Distribution (SMDC) frameworks, ensuring alignment on priorities and measurable outcomes while maintaining business relevance

  • create transparency on performance drivers and support fact-based decision-making at all levels

  • collaborate cross-functionally on topics relating to Sales, Finance, Operations and global controlling teams

WE

  • welcome candidates from diverse business backgrounds

  • expect solid analytical skills and the ability to structure complex topics into clear steering messages and decision options

  • appreciate the confidence and ability to influence senior stakeholders and challenge them constructively to achieve the optimal outcome
