  • Review reactive and additional works to ensure accurate scoping and charging.
  • Build positive relationships with client representatives, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
  • Identify and support continuous improvement and innovation opportunities across the site.
  • Manage after-hours call outs and site attendance requirements as needed.

Essential:

  • Sound commercial and contract understanding, including financial reporting and budgeting.
  • Experience managing subcontractors and supplier performance.
  • Advanced understanding of technical legislation relating to facilities maintenance.
  • Experience working within QA, WHS, and environmental systems.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CMMS platforms.
  • Australian Citizen with the ability to obtain and maintain an NV1 Security Clearance.

Desirable:

  • Experience within defence, shipbuilding, aviation, or similarly complex secure environments.
  • Formal tertiary qualifications in Property, Commerce, Business, or a related discipline.
  • Industry-recognised qualifications in Building or Facilities Management (TAFE, Tertiary, or Property Council).
