The Opportunity The People, Culture and Capability team is responsible for providing a comprehensive HR function. Graduates have the opportunity to get involved in:

• Workforce Planning and Strategy

We are looking to establish a pool of graduates for opportunities that are immediately available at the start of 2027 and that may come up over the following 12 months.

About you We welcome applications from graduates and interns who:-

• Have completed a minimum three-year Bachelor’s degree within the last three years, or
• Are currently studying and expect to graduate in 2026.

Relevant study areas include: -

• Human Resource Management
• Industrial Relations
• Psychological Science
• Organisational Psychology
• Occupational Health and Safety
• Human Services
• Or equivalent/related field.

Remuneration Graduates - ASO3 - $74, 095 per annum, plus 12% employer super contributions.

Appointment to an alternative classification stream may be considered having regard to qualification(s) and experience.
