About the Role
We have an exciting opportunity for a Talent Coordinator (Recruitment Administrator) to join an established talent acquisition team in Brisbane. As the Talen Coordinator, you are responsible for the efficient coordination of all candidate pre-employment checks and onboarding activities.

What You'll Do
• Coordinate travel and accommodation for candidate and employee site visits.
• Manage pre-employment screening, including medicals, work rights, qualifications, police and reference checks.
• Maintain vendor relationships for screening and relocation services, including quarterly performance reviews.
• Review employment contracts for accuracy and compliance.
• Coordinate onboarding activities and ensure all pre-commencement requirements are completed.
• Ensure new starters meet mandatory training and qualification requirements, arranging training as needed.
• Prepare and distribute weekly onboarding and pre-employment status reports to stakeholders, highlighting progress, outstanding actions and potential risks impacting commencement timelines.
• Manage domestic and international employee relocations.
• Raise and manage purchase requisitions and purchase orders.
• Support workforce resourcing projects and initiatives.
• Identify and implement tools and process improvements to enhance candidate sourcing.
• Coordinate merchandise orders and support recruitment events

What You'll Bring
• Ideally 3+ years' experience in a fast-paced administrative or coordination role
• Knowledge of coal industry legislative medical requirements is highly regarded
• Exceptional attention to detail with a strong focus on accuracy
• Proactive and results-oriented, with the ability to drive outcomes in a timely manner
• Highly organised with excellent time management and prioritisation skills
• Strong customer service focus, with the ability to build effective relationships and deliver a positive stakeholder experience
