What You'll Do:
Our Kwinana production site is a busy manufacturing environment where this role plays an important part in keeping day-to-day operations organised and on track. You’ll be responsible for:
- Prepare, issue, process and archive batch documents and production records accurately and on time
- Create, maintain and close process orders in SAP to support the production plan
- Prepare daily production reports and keep information flowing between the Production Office and Production Floor
- Support stock management, reconciliations, inventory checks and stocktake activities
- Help ensure raw materials and packaging are available on site in line with production requirements
- Complete goods receipting for purchase order deliveries to site and third-party warehouses
- Assist with truck bookings and other administration tasks across the manufacturing facility
- Contribute to a safe, organised and proactive production environment
What You'll Bring:
- Administration experience in a busy manufacturing or production environment; ag chem exposure would be highly regarded
- Good attention to detail, with the ability to work accurately across documents, records and reporting
- Confidence using Microsoft Word and Excel, ideally at an intermediate to advanced level
- SAP knowledge or exposure would be helpful, but a willingness to learn is also valued
- Clear communication skills and the ability to work with production teams, customer service, network teams and suppliers
- A practical, organised approach with the ability to prioritise tasks and follow through on details
- A safety-focused mindset and willingness to support a positive safety culture on site
