Customer Service Representative

Visy is currently seeking a Customer Service Representative to work at our Canning Vale site on a part-time, 12 month fixed term contract (with possible extension) to cover maternity leave.

This role will see you work around 15 hours a week with flexibility to cover your individual needs so whether its working between the school commutes, looking to get back into the workforce or a job for just a couple of days a week we want to hear from you!

Our Canning Vale Specialties site is your one stop shop for packaging supplies and consumables – everything from moving supplies to food and beverage packaging and industrial solutions. This role will see you provide excellent service to our broad customer base for all things packaging.

What you’ll do every day:

• Providing a high level of service to retail, commercial and industrial customers - in person, on phone and by email
• Order entry and verification
• Processing payments in person and electronically
• Organising and monitoring deliveries
• Inventory tracking including stocktakes

What our successful candidate possesses:

• Experience in providing high quality customer service
• Able to operate and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• SAP (or similar) experience highly regarded
