About the Opportunity
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Officer to join our Finance team on an 8-month fixed-term contract, with the potential for extension.
In this role, you'll be responsible for supporting and managing APM's corporate credit card program, providing exceptional customer service to cardholders, maintaining the ExpenseMe Pro system, and assisting with a range of banking activities. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with stakeholders, solving problems, and contributing to a high-performing finance team.
What You'll Be Doing
- Be the first point of contact for corporate credit card holders, providing support and resolving queries through ExpenseMe Pro.
- Manage outstanding transaction coding and approvals, maintain accurate system data, and prepare monthly reporting.
- Assist with banking activities, including payment runs, daily cash reporting, and transaction allocations.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the business and collaborate closely with the Finance team.
- Support acquisitions, business growth initiatives, and the escalation of issues where required.
- Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance processes, systems, and service delivery.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
- At least 2 years' experience in an Accounts Officer or similar finance-related role.
- A strong customer service mindset and a proactive approach.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- The ability to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
- Strong self-motivation and willingness to learn.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
