At Siemens Digital Industries, we are shaping the future of industrial technology by connecting the digital and physical worlds. As our Sales Operations Manager – Partner Program & Operations, Asia Pacific Zone, you will play a critical role in turning global partner strategy into impactful local execution across the region.
This is a highly collaborative, cross-functional role focused on strengthening partner governance, driving operational excellence, and using data and market insights to improve partner performance and support Siemens’ growth through an evolving partner ecosystem.
You will work closely with global and regional teams across Sales, Finance, Marketing, Enablement, Legal, Compliance and Operations to create seamless execution across joint go-to-market initiatives, partner reviews, flagship events, incentive programs and strategic launches.
You will act as a key governance and operations partner for the Asia Pacific Zone, ensuring that local execution remains aligned with Siemens’ Global Partner Framework, standards and compliance requirements. You will oversee partner operational processes and KPIs, supporting effective onboarding, deal registration, contracting, accreditation, tiering, incentives, certifications and performance management.
A key part of your role will be driving program execution and operational discipline across a diverse partner ecosystem, including Distributors, System Integrators, VARs, PBs, MBs, Hyperscalers and Strategic Technology Partners. You will lead the local implementation of global program changes, maintain program adherence and support operational reviews covering partner performance, audit readiness, incentive utilisation and rebate tracking.
You will also play a central role in understanding partner health and performance. By analysing partner profitability, engagement, sell-in, sell-out, inventory, pipeline and other relevant KPIs, you will identify capability gaps and opportunities for targeted interventions. Your insights will contribute to maintaining a balanced and effective partner ecosystem across the region.
Data insights will be at the heart of your decision-making. You will help data driven decisions, develop and maintain partner scorecards and provide Zone Partner Leaders and Partner Sales teams with actionable intelligence on partner coverage, deal velocity, incentive ROI, certification, readiness and lifecycle performance. You will use local market realities and partner sentiment into strategic planning, helping global teams understand market opportunities, challenges and resource requirements.
You will be a key point of contact for partner-related systems and tools, including PRM, CRM, Deal Registration, Enablement and Incentive platforms. By driving adoption, standardisation, automation and continuous improvement, you will remove friction for both field teams and partners and help create scalable, efficient operating models.
Finally, you will collaborate across the business to ensure field readiness for joint GTM launches, partner events, QBRs, Partner Advisory Councils, industry events and strategic partner reviews. Your ability to connect strategy, people, processes and data will be essential to delivering consistent execution across the Zone.
This role is central to enabling Siemens’ partner-led growth across Asia Pacific. You will help create a partner ecosystem that is well governed, data-driven and equipped to drive behaviours and deliver sustainable business outcomes.
Your impact will include stronger partner performance and accountability, efficient and scalable onboarding and enablement processes, transparent management of incentives and certifications, improved field readiness, and closer alignment between partner operations, GTM priorities and Siemens’ broader growth strategies.
You will ideally bring with you 5–7+ years of relevant experience in Partner Sales, Sales Operations, Channel Program Management, Partner Management or a similar role, preferably within a matrixed industrial, technology or digital environment.
Operationalising global partner programs across multiple geographies, with a strong understanding of governance, KPIs and compliance will be added advantages. Experience with partner lifecycle management, PRM/CRM platforms and sales data infrastructure will be highly valuable.
We are looking for someone who combines a strong analytical mindset with excellent communication, project management and change management skills. You will be comfortable working across functions and cultures, influencing stakeholders without direct authority, and translating complex global frameworks into practical local execution.
The role involves approximately 30–40% travel, as required.
If you are passionate about partner ecosystems, operational excellence, data-driven decision-making and enabling growth across a dynamic Asia Pacific market, this is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact at Siemens Digital Industries.
