The Project
The consortium of John Holland, Bouygues Construction, Arcadis Australia, Jacobs and Ventia has been selected to build South Australia's biggest-ever road infrastructure project. In partnership with the South Australian Government, this consortium forms the Torrens to Darlington (T2D) Alliance.
The Torrens to Darlington (T2D) Alliance, will deliver the final 10.5km section of the North-South Corridor, forming a continuous 78 km, non-stop, traffic light-free motorway, and contributing to a long-lasting legacy for the community and people of Adelaide.
The T2D Project involves constructing two separate tunnels – the Southern Tunnels and the Northern Tunnels connected by an open motorway, with a combined total distance of 10.5km, open to traffic in 2031. The T2D project comprises the tunnels, surface works including road and bridge construction in addition to services buildings and complex mechanical and electrical infrastructure. The T2D Alliance is committed to providing opportunities for local people, Aboriginal workers, apprentices, trainees and job seekers who are long-term unemployed and offers people an incredible opportunity to be a part of an iconic project.
The Role
We are seeking a Time & Attendance Officer to support the accurate and timely management of workforce data using Kronos. Working closely with Payroll, HR, supervisors and employees, you’ll ensure timesheets, overtime, allowances, penalties and leave are captured accurately.

Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain the Kronos Time & Attendance system
- Review and validate timesheets, attendance, overtime, allowances and leave
- Investigate and resolve timesheet discrepancies and exceptions
- Ensure accurate and timely submission of hours to Payroll
- Support employees and supervisors with Time & Attendance queries
- Monitor approvals, outstanding timesheets and exceptions
- Prepare reports and analyse workforce attendance data
- Maintain accurate employee and system records
- Support roster and work pattern changes
- Work closely with Payroll, HR and project teams to resolve issues
About You
- Previous experience in Time & Attendance, Payroll, Workforce Administration or HR
- Experience using Kronos highly desirable
- Strong understanding of timesheets, overtime, allowances, leave and attendance
- Highly organised, proactive and detail-focused
- Strong Excel and reporting skills
- Confident investigating discrepancies and finding practical solutions
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work with employees and supervisors
- Experience supporting a large or blue-collar workforce highly regarded
