Bottleshop Attendant – Pastoral Hotel

The Pastoral Hotel is looking for a friendly, reliable and customer-focused Bottleshop Attendant to join our team on a casual basis.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, delivering great customer service and helping customers find the right products.

What You’ll Get Up To

Welcoming customers and assisting them with product selections and purchases;
Providing helpful information about products, specials and promotions;
Processing cash and electronic transactions accurately;
Restocking shelves, fridges and displays;
Ensuring products are presented neatly and attractively;
Receiving, moving and rotating stock;
Maintaining a clean, organised and safe bottleshop; and
Supporting the wider team with daily operations.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will have:

Previous retail, bottleshop or hospitality experience;
Good beverage and product knowledge;
A current RSA certificate;
Availability to work evenings, weekends and public holidays;
A friendly attitude with strong communication and customer service skills;
The reliability and confidence to work both independently and as part of a team; and
The physical fitness to safely lift, carry and move cartons and stock throughout each shift.
