The Opportunity

As a Senior SAP Solution Analyst, you'll partner closely with stakeholders across the business to deliver innovative SAP solutions, optimise critical business processes,
and drive continuous improvement across core enterprise systems.
This is an opportunity to lead SAP functional capability, mentor fellow analysts, and contribute to major system enhancements and transformation initiatives within a collaborative
and customer-focused environment. Working with modern SAP technologies including S/4HANA and Fiori, you'll help deliver solutions that create real business value and operational excellence.
Key Role Deliverables
- Lead the analysis, design and delivery of SAP solutions across core functional modules, with a strong focus on SAP Procurement and Materials Management (MM).
- Partner with business stakeholders to identify improvement opportunities, capture requirements and deliver fit-for-purpose technology solutions.
- Provide technical leadership, mentoring and specialist SAP expertise to colleagues, customers and project teams.
- Support SAP projects, system enhancements and continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring solutions align with business objectives and IT strategy.
About You
You are an experienced SAP professional who combines strong technical expertise with a genuine passion for partnering with the business to deliver meaningful outcomes.
You thrive in complex enterprise environments, enjoy solving problems, and can confidently translate business requirements into practical SAP solutions.
With a collaborative and customer-focused approach, you build trusted stakeholder relationships and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the organisation.
You are also comfortable leading others, sharing knowledge, and driving best-practice outcomes within a high-performing team.
Key Skills & Experience
- Extensive SAP experience, particularly across SAP procurement and Materials Management (MM), and SAP S/4HANA in private cloud, BTP integration suite and SAP Ariba.
- Strong business analysis, solution design and process improvement skills, with the ability to translate business needs into effective technical solutions.
- Proven experience delivering SAP projects and enhancements, including end-to-end implementations and stakeholder engagement.
- Excellent communication and leadership capabilities, with a collaborative approach to mentoring colleagues and building strong customer relationships.
