Casino General Manager

Purpose of the Department:

The Operations department oversees the daily operations of the Wind Creek Seaport & Crystal Casino. It includes various departments such as gaming, hospitality, food and beverage, entertainment, and facilities. The department's primary goal is to deliver exceptional guest experiences, ensure operational efficiency, and drive revenue growth.

Job Profile:

The Wind Creek General Manager - Seaport & Crystal Casino is responsible for the overall management and performance of the Seaport & Crystal Casino. This role requires a dynamic leader with extensive experience in the gaming and hospitality industry, strong business acumen, and the ability to drive operational excellence.

Education, Technical Knowledge, and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience). A Master's degree is desirable.
• Previous experience in a senior leadership role within the gaming and hospitality industry, preferably within the casino resort environment.
• In-depth knowledge of casino operations, gaming regulations, and best practices.
• Strong financial acumen and experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to deliver exceptional guest experiences and drive customer satisfaction.
• Strategic thinking and the ability to develop and execute business strategies.
• Familiarity with gaming technology, systems, and industry trends.
• Knowledge of applicable laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
