The opportunity
The Executive Assistant is responsible for a wide variety of administrative responsibilities to support the Senior Management team in their daily business.
The role
- Provide advanced and confidential administrative support to the management team.
- Manage and update calendars
- Plan and coordinate meetings and conference calls
- Manage incoming and outgoing email and telephone communication and ensure timely flow of information to and from other executives
- Record the minutes of meetings
- Organize all travel arrangements, including but not limited to detailed plans, itineraries, and schedules
- Ensure follow-up on assigned files and/or mandatesPrepare and follow-up on expense reports
- Assist in preparing documentation for monthly reporting.Support meeting and Board preparation; including the revision of memos, presentations etc.Manage multiple projects
The Requirements
- University Degree (specify): Bachelor’s Degree level education
- A certification in Administrative studies
- At least seven (7) years’ experience in an Administrative or Executive Assistant role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Organized and goal oriented.
- Reliable.
- Excellent problem solving skills.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to act with a sense of urgency.
- Detail oriented.
