Job Description

We’re looking for a passionate and energetic Barista to join our Food & Beverage team.

You’ll be responsible for crafting quality coffee and beverages while delivering friendly, engaging service across our resort restaurants.

What you’ll be doing:

• Prepare and serve quality coffee, specialty beverages and refreshments
• Deliver friendly, efficient and personalised service to our guests
• Multitask across coffee preparation, customer service and other service needs
• Keep coffee stations, equipment and service areas clean, organised and well presented
• Assist with stock replenishment and maintaining appropriate supplies
• Support the wider Food & Beverage team during busy service periods
• Assist with conferences, functions and special events when required
• Follow food safety, hygiene and workplace health and safety standards
• Contribute to a positive, energetic and supportive team environment

Qualifications

We’re looking for someone who brings:

• Previous barista experience in a café, restaurant, hotel or similar environment
• A genuine passion for coffee and hospitality
• A friendly, outgoing personality and a natural ability to connect with guests
• Strong attention to detail and pride in delivering quality beverages
• The ability to stay calm and organised in a fast-paced environment
• A team-focused attitude and willingness to jump in and help wherever needed
• Availability to work a flexible roster, including weekends, evenings and public holidays
