Company Introduction

Job Description
- Define and execute the organization's long-term financial strategy, capital structure, and shareholder value creation agenda while ensuring sustainable growth, regulatory compliance, and financial resilience in a rapidly evolving digital payments ecosystem.
- Lead fundraising, investor relations, strategic financing, and capital market initiatives including equity raises, debt structuring, M&A transactions, IPO readiness, and strategic partnerships to support business expansion and future license progression.
- Establish enterprise-wide financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance management frameworks that provide the Board and executive leadership with forward-looking insights, scenario analysis, and value-based decision support.
- Drive enterprise risk management, regulatory capital planning, liquidity governance, and financial resilience programs to safeguard customer funds, maintain regulatory compliance, and protect the organization from operational, market, cyber, and financial risks.
- Lead treasury strategy and balance sheet optimization by maximizing float income, managing liquidity, improving working capital efficiency, strengthening banking relationships, and ensuring prudent management of financial resources.
- Champion strategic investment evaluation, M&A financial due diligence, post-merger integration, partnership economics, and portfolio optimization to ensure all investments and alliances generate measurable shareholder value.
- Transform finance into a strategic business partner by implementing advanced profitability analytics, pricing intelligence, unit economics, and value-driver frameworks that optimize growth, margins, and return on capital.
- Shape industry and regulatory financial policy through active engagement with regulators, industry associations, financial institutions, and government bodies, influencing frameworks that support innovation and digital financial inclusion.
- Establish robust tax governance, regulatory reporting, and financial control environments that ensure full compliance while optimizing the organization's tax position, cash flow efficiency, and reporting effectiveness.
- Build and lead a high-performing finance organization by developing future finance leaders, embedding a culture of accountability and business partnership, and ensuring the team possesses world-class capabilities in strategic finance, treasury, risk, and corporate development.
Academic Qualification
- MBA or Master's in Finance/Accounting + CA/CMA/CPA
Job Experience Required
- 12 to 15 years of relevant experience

- Advanced knowledge on IFRS / BFRS (Specifically BFRS 9, 15, 16)
- Advanced knowledge on Escrow Account Management & Reconciliation
- Sound knowledge on Bangladesh Tax & VAT Laws (SD on Digital Services)
- Sound knowledge on Treasury & Liquidity Management
- Advanced knowledge on Bangladesh Tax & VAT Laws (SD on Digital Services)
- Advanced knowledge on Reporting & Statutory Compliance (BB, NBR, RJSC)
