Head of Project & Delivery

Project Delivery Leadership

• Lead the complete lifecycle of enterprise ICT projects from initiation through closure.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to agreed quality standards.
• Establish project governance frameworks, delivery methodologies, and PMO best practices.
• Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and escalation processes.
• Drive resource planning, utilization, and delivery excellence across multiple concurrent projects.

Strategic Partnership Management

• Develop and manage relationships with global technology vendors, OEMs, system integrators, and strategic partners.
• Negotiate partnership agreements, commercial terms, and joint go-to-market initiatives.
• Collaborate with technology partners to develop innovative solutions for enterprise customers.
• Build an ecosystem that accelerates revenue growth and solution capabilities.

Customer Delivery & Client Success

• Own customer implementation and post-sales delivery operations.
• Act as executive sponsor for strategic customers.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction through governance meetings and service reviews.
• Drive customer retention and long-term engagement.

Cross-functional Leadership

• Work closely with Sales, Pre-sales, Engineering, Cyber Security, Cloud, Software Development, Finance, and Operations teams.
• Translate business objectives into executable delivery plans.
• Support bid management, proposal reviews, solution validation, and project estimation.

Academic Qualification

• B.Sc. in CSE/EEE/ETE/Telecommunication/Engineering, BBA or equivalent from any UGC-approved university.

Certification (Must): PMP (Project Management Professional), PRINCE2, Agile / Scrum Certification, PGMP [One certification must, multiple certifications preferred.]

Job Experience Required

• Minimum 12–15 years of professional experience in ICT, System Integration, Digital Transformation, or Enterprise Technology.
• At least 6 years in senior positions managing project delivery and enterprise implementations.
• Proven experience managing large-scale ICT projects exceeding multi-million-dollar budgets.
• Extensive experience delivering solutions for Banking, Financial Services, Insurance (BFSI), FinTech, Payment Systems, and Digital Banking.
• Experience working with telecom operators, enterprise customers, and government organizations will be an added advantage
