Marketing Automation Consultant

We're on the lookout for a talented Marketing Automation Consultant to join our dynamic team full-time with a permanent contract at our Genk hub.

At Dignify, we're passionate about marketing automation and dedicated to creating connected, personalized customer experiences for leading brands across Europe. As a Marketing Automation Consultant, you'll play a key role in designing, building and optimizing automated customer journeys, campaigns and integrations across a variety of marketing technology platforms.

What we're looking for

You have:

• Hands-on experience with at least one marketing automation platform such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Bloomreach, Selligent or Braze
• Experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS and SQL
• Experience building email templates, landing pages, customer journeys and campaign automations
• Understanding of customer data, segmentation and personalization concepts
• Knowledge of APIs, integrations and data flows between systems
• A getting-things-done mentality, eagerness to learn and strong problem-solving skills
• Basic experience with at least one backend language such as PHP, Python or .NET
• Experience with frameworks such as Vue.js or React is considered a plus

What you'll do

• Build innovative and future-proof marketing automation solutions for enterprise clients across Europe
• Design and implement personalized customer journeys, triggers and automation flows
• Develop and maintain email templates, landing pages and dynamic content experiences
• Work with customer data, segmentation and personalization strategies
• Integrate marketing platforms with CRM, CDP and other business systems
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
• Challenge the status quo and continuously improve systems, processes and campaign performance
• Simplify complex technical concepts and communicate them clearly to colleagues and clients
• Bring a positive attitude, curiosity and sense of humor to the workplace
