Hotel Amigo is set among the cobbled streets of Brussels, just around the corner from the picturesque Grand Place, one of the most beautiful squares in the world. A former prison, it became a hotel in 1957, just in time to host royals, celebrities and VIPs for the Brussels World's Fair. Although much has changed since then, we remain true to our name - our team is friendly, warm and waiting to greet you.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Guest Relations who will ensure every guest has a memorable experience from arrival to departure.

You will be part of a passionate and experienced team:

• Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival and departure.
• Assist in preparing VIP arrivals, welcome amenities and special arrangements
• Handle guest inquiries, requests and guest feedback while applying service standards at all times.
• Is attentive upon the client’s request, takes notes and ensures their execution.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Guest Relations who brings:

• Very good spoken and written proficiency in French and English
• Excellent grooming standards
• Great collaboration with other departments
• Goes that that extra mile
