Your journey with us

As our Audit Senior Manager and Healthcare Sector Lead, you'll direct a high-performing team of ~15 professionals, including 2 managers, delivering Audit & Assurance services across a diverse client portfolio with a specific focus on Healthcare: hospitals, elderly care, home care, and related health care providers.

You'll manage, mentor, and develop your team while maintaining transparent, strategic communication with A&A leadership on business performance, team development, and sector growth opportunities.

You'll collaborate closely with the A&A partnership to drive execution of audit and assurance engagements (including due diligence and advisory services), while leveraging project management expertise to expand our healthcare service offerings and grow the client portfolio in this strategic sector.

You'll build and leverage a robust internal network of healthcare specialists across Strategy, Risk & Transactions Advisory, Tax & Legal, and Technology & Transformation, creating multidisciplinary solutions that strengthen your career trajectory and competitive advantage in the sector.

Let's talk about you

• You're an experienced auditor (preferably with proven expertise in healthcare sector audits), ready to step into a strategic leadership role.
• You bring more than 6 years of audit experience, including demonstrated success managing and developing audit teams
• You have a Master's degree;
• You excel at building high-performing teams and establishing clear project structures that drive results;
• You're skilled at coaching team members and translating complex audit findings into actionable insights
• You communicate with clarity and conviction, influencing stakeholders at all levels.
• You demonstrate authentic leadership, strong team collaboration, and proven people management capabilities;
• You're results-driven and client-focused, with demonstrated business development acumen and entrepreneurial mindset;
• Having prior experience in audits of hospitals is highly valued.
• Fluent Dutch (written and spoken) and English is essential.
