Can’t wait to make an impact on the world? You’re not alone. Join us in driving progress in the working world and beyond.

Your journey with us

As Campus Recruitment Team Lead, you are responsible for leading and supporting a team of 10–12 Campus Recruiters. You combine people leadership with strong operational oversight, data-driven performance management, stakeholder management, and problem-solving.

The role requires a strong balance between day-to-day operational management and the ability to navigate complex stakeholder relationships and continuously improve the campus recruitment approach.

  • You lead, support, and coach your team and create a high-trust environment in which they feel empowered to take ownership and make decisions, while ensuring recruitment targets, processes, data quality and candidate follow-up are consistently delivered.
  • You assess individual and team performance and identify challenges, development needs, and opportunities to improve team effectiveness. You ensure consistency in ways of working while allowing recruiters to build and maintain their own trusted relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
  • You ensure processes, deadlines and responsibilities are clear and consistently followed, driving continuous improvement in recruitment operations and ways of working.
  • You contribute to shaping the campus recruitment approach and calendar, translating student and labour market trends into concrete actions.
  • You safeguard consistent, high-quality candidate experience throughout the campus recruitment journey, from first contact to onboarding.
  • You monitor data quality and address gaps or inconsistencies with recruiters. You own and coordinate regular reporting on recruitment performance, pipeline progress, targets and relevant KPIs, and take timely action when targets are at risk.
  • You analyse situations quickly, identify root causes, and determine appropriate solutions, taking ownership of issues through to resolution while keeping relevant stakeholders informed.
  • You build and maintain strong relationships with a broad range of internal stakeholders.
  • You collaborate closely with teams such as Employer Branding and University Relationship Management, and you are part of the talent acquisition leadership team.

Let's talk about you

  • You have demonstrated experience of 5–10 years in (ideally Campus) Recruitment and people management, with a proven track record of leading and developing teams;
  • You have demonstrated experience with complex stakeholder management, navigating competing priorities and building alignment across diverse business units;
  • You are data-driven and comfortable working with recruitment KPIs, reporting, and performance insights to inform decision-making;
  • You can connect day-to-day recruitment activities to broader business objectives, fostering a resilient and innovative approach in a fast-paced environment;
  • You are a great communicator, with a fluent knowledge of English and Dutch or French;
  • You can empathize with young graduates, master students, and Gen Z talent, understanding the academic landscape and the unique motivations, challenges, and aspirations of early-career professionals.
