As an Industrialisation Program Manager at Melexis, you will lead industrialisation programs and initiatives supporting production, process improvement, and sustainable operational excellence. You will coordinate multidisciplinary teams and multiple projects, translating business objectives into clear roadmaps and ensuring the successful delivery of quality, cost, timing, and performance objectives.

More specifically, you will:

Lead industrialisation programs and cross-functional projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with business and organizational objectives
Develop and maintain program roadmaps, coordinating multiple projects, disciplines and improvement initiatives towards agreed quality, delivery, cost and performance objectives.
Drive industrialisation, production support and continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes, methods and tools
Coach and coordinate multidisciplinary project teams and act as an ambassador for industrialisation, product release and continuous improvement
Analyze complex technical and process-related challenges, identify improvement opportunities and drive corrective and preventive actions
Collaborate with stakeholders across engineering, production, quality and other relevant functions, ensuring effective communication and alignment
Monitor program progress, risks and deliverables, and report to relevant stakeholders and management

Your profile

Engineering Master's degree with 5+ years of relevant experience
Advanced knowledge of project and program management techniques, including roadmap development and management of multidisciplinary programs
Experience in industrialisation, production support and/or continuous improvement
Familiarity with problem-solving methodologies such as 8D, FMEA, DMAIC, Lean or Six Sigma
Strong analytical, leadership and communication skills
Good knowledge of quality standards and relevant processes, tools and ways of working
Experience in the automotive and/or semiconductor industry is a plus
Fluent in English
